Food is good. Service could improve by 75% as not very attentive. Ventilation is poor and you dine in heavy food oders and leave there smelling like grilled foods.

Always smells bad. Or at least it is not a smell I like or care to interact with. Prices are a little high for what you get. So many better places to go. Besides not the friendliest place.

Worst service I've ever had. 2/3 orders got messed up, and the place was incredibly unprepared."Can I get a chai tea?" "We don't have that anymore"(It shouldn't be on the menu then)"Latte?""It'll take about 15 mins"Just call yourself a sandwich shop. You're incompetent in the cafe department.

I loved my food. The ladies were so nice and friendly. It was really quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be going back

Food was so so portions were on the small size for the price you paid. Worst part was the 3.00 tip on a 16.00 bill was not enough they added 3.00 extra when it came out of my account.. they delivered the food nothing else. Will not return there in the future. Good luck to all that goes there hope its everything you want it to be. The 👌

They classify themselves as Cuban Cafe but they really are not. The food is decent and good but not authentic Cuban cusine. Staff are great to the customer and the place is clean.

Great food and service. You will not be disappointed. They keep it very clean and tidy. It is conveniently located by the park up town with in walking distance. They have specials everyday. Not to sure of their hours cause they are not on their building front. I will return again soon. My wife loves it too. Convenient parking right out front

Yummy food. They took care of our party of 6 efficiently. Food came out hot and as ordered. The Cuban did not come with a side though.

This place is amazing because the food and the people are special. What’s makes them special? Authentic and delicious food, prepared and served by people that really care for folks that come to visit. Be ready to become a regular. My fav is a pressed cheesesteak, with fried onions and lettuce and tomato. 😀

By the looks of the establishment, should be a nice hometown restaurant. Cooks don't pay attention to detail, hair in salad, produce sticker still on chopped tomato. Hamburger was dry, hashbrowns very greasy. Philly cheesesteak was good. This is a "Been there done that restaurant, never again."

Love this home style environment. Great food ,& service. I wish they were open a few nites during the week. Beef's, Idle Zone, pizza connection , too noisy at night. We like the personalized service.

The Best Cubans every made .This is a call ahead of time for fast service.The service is super slow here.Takes a hour for two Cubans to be made.

Old school-ish cafe vibe. Large portions, good food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Chicken and yellow rice was on point. Also, when you get done eating walk next door to Idle Zone for a drink.

We were visiting Lakeland from New York. Just wanted to find a place with really good breakfast food and we found it. Portions were decent, food was good, service was good and the prices were good. Ample parking across the street too.

Breakfast was very good and the Spanish bean Soup is the best I have had in a long time.

Same old Chambas in new location, but now they do basic diner style breakfast. Breakfast hours only I think.

Me and two co-workers went here because it looked like it had great reviews the service is horrible we waited 45 minutes before they took our order and the Cuban sandwiches are the worst sandwiches I've ever had I wouldn't even call them Cuban they have shredded ham and a thinly sliced was supposed to be pork meat it was terrible taste terrible I will never go there again

I love this place they know who you are what you eat and what you drink when you walk in that door. Even the cook he knows exactly how I like my sandwich and the way I like cut, it's always perfect every time we go there love that place.

To expense for so little food and service is poor
